Hot babes who drug you and then rob you

Rich 23-year-old meets too hot babes at Tao (best sushi I ever had) and takes them back to his apartment for a ménage a trois. But they drug him and then steal his Rolex and $10,000 in cash, plus other small and expensive articles, while he his passed out.
Police say that these cases are “very common.”

Thank you New York Post for printing the news that the New York Times doesn’t think is news that’s fit to print. (Of course, if this scam is really that common, and the victim is nobody important, then I suppose it’s not really news.)

  1. I saw this story. I like the racial angle: the girls were described as one white and one black. Dude had his Oreo dream sandwich!

The next question is where this bro gets all his money. A 23 year old “former UN intern,” but he has a $2,000 passport holder (WTF is a “passport holder”?). Looks like another slacker trust funder.

Mamas don’t let your children grow up to be slackers.

    • Getting Trojan Horsed is classic alpha, not beta. In fact, it’s the easiest way to defeat an alpha – note how the unfaithful boyfriends in the War of the Roses prank never question that they’re the “lucky winners” of a “free” bouquet of roses for their honey.

To think that something that’s too good to be true is happening to you, you have to be accustomed to good things happening to you in the first place.

An true beta AFC, on the other hand, has been conditioned to expect the worst, and would be more neurotic and suspicious.

He had nothing going for him other than his wealth which is why those 2 ladies took advantage of him.

Now compare him to Paul Janka, who beds hundreds of women without any material goods. He does it just by raw seduction and being an interesting bad boy. He was living in a shabby apartment in NYC at the time, not like this sucker. Paul could have done better had he stayed in school longer, ultimately attaining status by becoming a college professor and knocking college girls along the way.

    • GWU has risen in law school rankings over the past twenty years or so. It used to hover around #30 nationwide IIRC but is now ranked #20 by USN&WR which is respectable. Your description of the undergrad is probably correct, and the law school at one time could be characterized thusly, but now it appears to be a school for the relatively smart as well (at least for law school). I’d guess any top 20 law school pulls mostly from the 94 and higher percentile of LSAT takers.

  12. “Police say that these cases are “very common.””

Probably so. Women using sex and the promise of sex to get money from men. It’s human nature playing out exactly as expected. I suppose the women, if caught, should be prosecuted just so there aren’t criminals running around doing it. But, honestly, the victims bear some of the blame. Particularly in cases where men are getting drugged/robbed hoping for some play. It doesn’t take a genius to realize that hanging out in bars/clubs, picking up strangers and bringing them back to their place for alcohol and casual sex could carry risks. I’m tempted to applaud the ladies for hosing a dumb, spoiled little shit.

Just commend the women for being wicked ladies, who clean out his apartment of his valuables. The kind of girls you need for a Bonnie and Clyde partnership, if women still respect men as team players.

In fact, because of my religious beliefs I couldn’t bang Gottfried even if he were single and showed an interest in me. But he wouldn’t be marriage material for me anyway. My interest in him (my fantasy, I should say) is purely sexual. There’s something incredibly appealing about the thought of doing a guy who few other women would want to be with. I mean how much would it take to get him to say (try to imagine this in Gottfried’s voice) “holy _uck, this is great sex.!”

And what makes you say that Dara Gottfried is “overbearing.” Because she’s Jewish (nee Kravitz)? I hope I don’t have to defend another ethnic group against an unfair stereotype! Dara, from what I’ve seen of her on the internet, seems pretty nice.

Being robbed when drugged is a bad thing just like being sexually assaulted when drugged is bad. Notice how everyone assumes that men can remain rational even when drunk but that women cannot possibly be rational when drunk.

Canadian sources report that the lack of beauty in Canadian women is due to a dearth of Italian genes, specifically the “guidette” gene, found among women in warmer places- like Sicily, Staten Island, and the dressing rooms of the cast of “The Jersey Shore.”

        MaryK

      • Canada has a substantial Italian population. My hunch is that there’s very little intermixing between the genes and a lot of inbreeding. There’s a smaller population in Canada, and its citizens are very segregated by their origins and are sedentary.

Don’t discount human irrationality, as many overseas Americans would tell you that they miss the social dysfunction that characterizes our nation. After all, America would be a less exciting place, if we didn’t have the kind of problems that are being addressed on this blog.

No need for hunches when we can look up the info. A Wikipedia entry titled “Italian Canadians” states that most Italian Canadians are of mixed descent and mainly are mixed with other white ethnicities. Apparently the famous Irish-Italian hybrid is also found in Canada – not only on American HBD blogs trying to improve the group’s image! ICs (I hope we don’t have to call them “ickies” for short!) have a slightly above average income and seem to be well-represented in most professions, having below average numbers only in agriculture. There are supposedly still some “Little Italies” left in Canada. Maybe I should move there!

By the way, famous American you probably didn’t know were part Italian: Bruce Springsteen, Mary Lou Retton, John Sebastian (ot the pop group The Lovin Spoonful), and actress Marlo Thomas (she’s also half Lebanese). Famous African-Italians are pop artist Prince, and pop singer Alicia Keys. If they’d been half black and half Vietnamese we could have called them “vietNAMS.” (………..ok, bad joke!)

Ad my comments about Italian genes resulting in good looks were intended to be funny . All races contain beautiful people as well as unattractive people. I prefer Mediterranean or Mediterranean-Nordic mixtures, but that’s just my taste.

More violence, and more social dysfunction among higher IQ nations equates to more alphaness, more competition and in many cases, more industry and more innovation (not just in a technical sense), which are prevalent in America and less of Canada. This is how Europe became a great continent and nations such as China did not.

As Orson Welles once said how the Renaissance Italy was a product of violence and bloodshed, which produced famous men with mind boggling achievements such da Vinci, Michelangelo and Machiavelli, where as the relatively peaceful Swiss only gave us the cuckoo clock.

The only problem is that many Americans now feel entitled and are no longer driven to take the country to the next level of human evolution.

There are seven other American cities on the Mercer list starting with Hono at 31, followed by San Fran at 32, Boston, Chicago, D.C., NYC (already mentioned) and finally Seattle at #50. The American cities cluster at the bottom of the list. By way of contrast little Canada has all five major cities on this list with the highest at #4 and the lowest at #28 (higher than any American city). This is evidence that non-diverse Canada is up and coming and diverse US is falling behind.

Also, just because he *says* they took 10 grand, doesn’t mean they took ten grand.

      • Holy crap, I just read that. And Fox News is criticized for creating entertainment not news, this piece is a showcase of nonsense. The thing starts off with an overblown attempt to contextualize the rambling, and ultimately, insignificant testimony of a clear moron seeking to provide some fig leaf of justification for a contrived prosecution case as some broader commentary on American society and racial ‘projection.’ Her illiteracy and low grade intellect are cast as cultural differences (as if dumb and stupid were a culture). They then proceed to describe how a ‘village’ of blacks is helping her move forward in life touching on how important such inter-tribal self-sufficiency and coming together for the common greater good is of great importance to the black community, all the while without reference to the near certainty that this woman and her family have been living off government support for most (all) of their lives and that she gained fame within the context of the death of a kid who was as bereft of parental guidance as a kid could possibly be. The presentation contrasted to the reality here would be stunning were it not so common for American papers.

  31. Just read this comment thread in its entirety, something I don’t normally do.

I am greatly amused that Lion’s tireless blogging over the years has finally earned him a groupie. Too bad she’s Italian and older than him, but better than having no groupie at all.

Italian-American pride is one of the more amusing phenomenons in American life. The ethnic groups in this country that have the least to be proud of are the most aggressive in their ethnic pride (exceptions: Jews, Scots). You never hear of German pride, Swedish pride, Dutch pride, English pride, or Chinese pride.

There are great Italian achievements of course, but nearly all belong to the North of Italy from which few Italian-Americans have links. Most Italian-Americans are Sicilian, which quality Northern Italians deride as being Africa, not Italy.

    • Ethnic groups who remain prolish over time tend to be the most haughty. The root causes are parochialism and a lack of education. It could also be a NYC thing, where lumpenprole Hispanics such as Puerto Ricans are vehemently proud of their roots, without any achievements to show forth.

      June 10, 2014 at 3:56 PM

      • I’m not so sure. Prior to World War 2 it seems that the best ethnic groups were the proudest.

        Random example: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lutheran_Church_of_the_Redeemer,_Jerusalem

And how did Kaiser Wilhelm II dedicate this church?

“From Jerusalem came the light in splendor from which the German nation became great and glorious; and what the Germanic peoples have become, they became under the banner of the cross, the emblem of self-sacrificing charity.”

Could you imagine Angela Merkel saying anything like that? Or any German at all?

In Chicago the city is littered with former Turn Vereins, institutions which promoted gymnastics and German nationalism (interesting combination…). The expensive SWPL gym I go to was actually a German Turn Verein a century ago, and traces of German architecture can still be found. Almost nobody even knows these existed in the past, German-Americans included.

        http://www.chicagoarchitecture.info/Building/1336835084/Turn-Verein-Lincoln.php

Now it’s wrong to feel your race or ethnic group is superior, unless of course it’s obviously false. Quality ethnic groups being quality, they’ve internalized this message.

Jews get a pass on this because they were number one victims of Nazism.

    • Great. Just what a woman wants to hear – that she’s a man’s consolation prize. Maybe we should get Lion a T-shirt that reads “I spent years blogging and the only groupie I got was this old Italian broad.” At any rate, I’m no groupie. Groupies usually try to get into the bedroom. I’ve never even sent Lion a private email.

As for ethnic pride, wanting to live near one’s own kind is not necessarily because he believes they are better than others. Different people have different ways. We usually feel more comfortable with the values and beliefs of people in our own ethnic group. Achievements are subjective. And the ethnic groups you mentioned all arrived in the U.S. long before Italians did. So they’ve lost most of their ethnic distinctiveness by now.

As for Southern Italians being “African”, you might want to read the book “Blood of my blood” by author Richard Gambino. He claims that Sicily has one of the most diverse gene pools in Europe. The fact that Southern Italians in the U.S.have such a high intermarriage rate and are usually marrying others of European descent seems to indicate that few actually view them as African in any way. From what I hear, even Italian-Swedish marriage is becoming fairly common in the Midwest.

      Your move, Mr. VIking!

      • Southern Italy is very undeveloped and have been since the time of the Romans.

Spoke to a lady who travels between Milan and New York as a fashion retailer, and have dealt with Southern Italians home and abroad, where she made a point that Italian Americans (who are mostly of Southern origin) are no different from their brethren back in their native land of Naples or Sicily or whatever nook and cranny they are from in the South. Of course, what she said wasn’t anything positive. Southern Italians are proles all around, whether in Italy or in America. It’s interesting she was also saying that the Chinese in Milan (there are so many of them now who are in the clothing business) shares a lot similarities with those Southern Italians — both crude, vulgar and uneducated. I guess the Chinese in America had their own legacy of organized crime.

      • . JS, you appear to be shameless. Do you never tire of trying to alientate someone who acts nice to you?
Or are you jealous that Lion has a “groupie” and you don’t? ……(I’m assuming, you don’t, that is!) If it’s any consolation, I’d gladly read any blog of yours. In fact, I’ll give you the ultimate flattery. I’ve often wondered if you and Lion are really the same person.

And if Italian men need to have their “crudeness and vulgarity” corrected, it surely can’t be done by someone who uses phrases like “cock carousel” and “pump and dump” on a public website when he knows ladies are present.

All the best to you. Italians are known for holding grudges. But I never do. Because then you start thinking about revenge. And for obvious reasons, we don’t want to get a Sicilian started on revenge!

An aside: do you think that Lion and I would make great partners running a website where we present the HBD viewpoint through two different lenses: Lion’s view that status is everything, and my view that status tends to be overrated in terms of what’s important in life. We could call the website “The Lion and the Lamb.” ………………….(just joking here!)

      • Also MaryK, Italy is no longer a country with much potential and is still stuck in its dusty past – you know, the greatness of the Italian Renaissance!

Don’t get me wrong. Many educated Italians in Italy are a wonderful people, but somewhat on the insular side. They need to take a lesson from the Spaniards, who are a lot more open minded about the world and have demonstrated that not all Mediterranean folks are parochial minded. Spain has zipped through Italy during the late 20th century, both economically and culturally in a modern sense.

But then, it all comes down to history and politics. The Spaniards were carvers of an empire, and the Italians were sculptors of beautiful statues. The Spaniards reinvented Catholicism and the Italians revolted against the Catholic Church. The Spaniards loved Franco and the Italians hated Mussolini. The Spaniards are poor individually and wealthy nationally, but the Italians are lot wealthier than the Spaniards yet Italy is dirt poor. Spanish politicians are like Don Quixote and Italian Politicians are like Don Mafioso, which is very true by the way. The Señor likes to brown-nose and the Signor likes to bribe, different political systems, but both are about corruption.
