I’m on Main Street in Sag Harbor. Everyone is white. This is the whitest Main Street in the Northeast.

  2. It’s a bit of a trip, but you could go all the way East and visit Teddy Roosevelt’s Summer White House at Oyster Bay. You would be close to East Hampton, also quite white.

    • Head south of Sag Harbor into Bridgehampton and you will pass through a largely black area.

    • The black area between Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton consists mainly of small, single family houses.

  13. Most of the northeast upper middle class areas (including most middle class areas) are like this. It’s very racially segregated. Much more than the South in my opinion. Shockingly, our elites have elected not to notice this.

  15. yeah sags pretty white i lived there a few years after my ex moved out there with my daughter. It did have some blacks came on a ship called the amistad pilited by a bloke named cinque rumor has it after being freed on charges relating to how he came into possession of said schooner he went back to africa and became a slave trader
