Carly Fiorina: is the truth out there?

Found posted on a reddit board four months ago:

I’ve worked for Carly.

She’s an asshole of magnificent proportions. I’m not saying she’s actually mentally deficient. I’m saying her ability to separate her intellectual capability from her unearned ego is nonexistent.

I’ve met several CEOs and “VIPs” in my life and she has, without exception, taken the cake when it comes to ickiness. She truly believes everyone besides her is dumb.

I’m not kidding; Jobs, Gates, Bush Sr., Carter, Ford, Ellison, Iacocca, Nixon, etc. I’ve met a few really important people over the years. Carly is the only one that made me want to physically wretch.

  2. She was an AA hire. What else would you expect? She’s at best an incompetent beauracratic manager with no vision or leadership. I hope people see through the media and establishment gop attempt to put her over Trump.

    • Interesting!

“Drug dealers and gang members are given a slap on the wrist and turned loose on the street. This needs to stop. Several years ago there was a tremendous program in Richmond, Virginia called Project Exile. It said that if a violent felon uses a gun to commit a crime, you will be prosecuted in federal court and go to prison for five years – no parole or early release.”

      Short version:

“The problem today is that not enough hoodlums are incarcerated — what we really need to do is lock more people up.”

      Move that Overton Window, bay-bee!

      • I don’t agree with the federalization of what should be state crimes. Maybe it’s some residual Ron Paul part of my brain.

It’s possible, but come on. Carly’s hardly the only incompetent, egomaniac executive lurking in the waters.

    • Carly may get an opportunity to be the favorite of the party elites and have her chance to challenge Trump 1v1.

In which case she loses 1 on 1 to Trump.

Btw, I can’t help but noticing a certain obsession of Lion with Carly; could she be the corporate dominatrix of Lion’s cubicle dreams?

      • Even though she deserves to lose, there are no guarantees. The MSM will support her because they hate Trump above all else. Trump threatens the status quo, while Carly is guaranteed to lose to the Democrat (unless the Democrat has a heart attack in October).

  9. Here’s a tiny bit of insight into Ms. Fiorina. From the book “Optical Illusions,” it quotes a Lucent exec as saying this about Carly:

“Her clothes were at the high end of style; a very form-fitting black top, a very stylish skirt. She wasn’t flirtatious, but she had an enticing personality. It was just incredible to have a female executive who was that attractive, that young and that effective.”

  10. Here is a reality check. Ladbrokes, the huge UK betting house, lays out the odds on the Republican nomination as follows: Jeb: 15/8 (meaning, 35% probability of winning the nomination), Trump: 3/1 (or 25%), Rubio: 6/1 (or 14%). Everybody else is in single digits.

The implication is in the end the party establishment gets its way.

    • That means Jeb has moved down a LOT since the debate and Trump has risen. The betting markets have been ignoring Trump’s poll numbers for two months.

    • I am not a Fiorina supporter, but come on, this is standard Democrat rhetoric. Every Republican they are squaring off against in the current election cycle is the worst person since Hitler. We get it, Democrats would rather hold power than let Republicans hold power. Wow, what a concept.

  12. The post sounds like a bunch of BS. The person met both Nixon and Fiorina? Come on, the Venn Diagram of that group is basically non-existent. Anyone important enough to have met Nixon should have been too important to meet Fiorina 30+ years later.

And no one who met both would use the word ‘ickiness’.

Troll level of reddit poster = amateur.

  13. Everybody already hates Carly. Behold another genius artisanal selection by the GOP: The candidate who actually, documentedly behaves like the stereotype of the soulless slash-and-burn Republican. What a gift to the Democrats.

I get the feeling Barbara Boxer would vote Trump without blinking if it came to that.

  14. Forget Fiorina for a second.

I can’t stand the GOP’s love affair with goddamn corporatists. These are not people who founded the company or made any thing of real value in their entire lives. They are simply “credentialed” power-hungry, butt-kissing, careerist, sociopaths who claw their way up a corporate ladder and make sure they receive an obscene severance even though they have tanked the company.

Gee, I wonder why Fiorina’s first husband despises her and her son became a drug addict and killed himself.

    • And the same goes for Romney. He’s hardly the monster that Fiorina is, but this blinkered “corporations are people, my friend” has got to go.

Romney is actually a GIANT beta, but became a success because of his parentage, looks, intelligence, and religion which guaranteed a beta of his pedigree to get a quality virgin to bear him 50 kids.

      • Most of our elites come from pampered betahood. Steve Jobs is perhaps the only alpha guy whom I could think of, who became a rags to multi riches billionaire on sheer determination and effort. He dropped out of college, because of financial reasons, not because school sucked. Unlike Gates, whose parents had the means to give him whatever he wanted.
