  1. The link doesn’t work.

Is their a reputable website with an original (not reposted) CNN screen capture of the bleached-out Oregon shooter? The picture might be a hoax that gullible right-wing websites are simply reposting. We know for sure that the picture was cropped — where’s the rest of the screen, including the CNN logo?

    • It wouldn’t surprise me if CNN lightened Mercer’s photo. News outlets were caught lightening George Zimmerman’s mugshot photo as well as using pictures of Trayvon of when he was a little kid. Having said that, I’d like to see the original CNN broadcast as well. It’s not that I think the Conservative Treehouse would make it up. It’s that leftwing groups have a history of feeding bogus stories to conservative sites in order to discredit them. It’s easy to be duped. That’s why everyone should be very careful not to repeat the stories without personally verifying them.

Hood’s “Workplace Incident” that followed the attack on Cambridge Cop that generated a “Do-Over” down in Florida – Zimmerman “White Latino” mix-down-up or WHAT HAVE YOU then THE TEXAS Clock Boy invite to White House all wrapped up in the Iranian Atomic Bomb Give Away . . . Geeez, don’t have to get up too early to fool the Crew Director on the Ship of Fools . . . neetO one don’t have to rise too early to fool this Arab! Guys like a doorknob!

  3. Ah, to go back to the days when Time Magazine darkened OJ Simpson’s mugshot to make him look more sinister: http://hoaxes.org/photo_database/image/darkened_mug_shot

    • They didn’t darken HIM to make him look more sinister.

They darkened the total photo to make it look like he was trapped, in a kind of tunnel of surrounding darkness.

His defenders went berserk and made it seem that it was worse than double murder.

The original photo actually lightened him.

  7. Surely CNN would have been a bit more subtle and not made him so ghostly white. However all the MSM seem to have avoided pointing out that the shooter has a black mother, though there has been lots about his white father. The LA Times had a headline suggesting the shooter was a white supremists.

Since it has become apparent that the shooter was half black and possibly sympathetic to Black Lives Matter, the MSM seem to have simply stopped covering the story. It doesn’t fit their preferred narrative. They can justify dropping the story by saying they don’t want to give the shooter publicity. They certainly gave lots of publicity to the white man who recently shot up a black church.

    October 4, 2015 at 3:31 pm

    • The Roseburg shooter was critical of #BlackLivesMatter, according to an article in The NY Times that quoted one of the shooter’s social media postings:

“I’m not on the side of the [black] suspect [who shot a white police officer], I’m on the side of the officer, and generally don’t agree with the black lives matter protests.”

Based on the conflicting and incoherent opinions expressed by the Roseburg shooter, he appears to be a high-functioning retard.

    • The process of “greater” liberal annihilating lesser liberal ALWAYS REDUCES to the “ghosts of white supremacy.” What “we” are witnessing is a liberal self-annihilation THAT CANNOT BE STOPPED by a mass of sheep fearful of the emergence of “white supremacy.”

This was lesser liberationist (Mulatto liberal) striking out at greater liberationist (mostly white liberals) and now by the greatest liberationist (mass media) being media transformed into “white supremacy” SO THAT THE SELF-annihilating process IS NOT impeded.

Btw, the guns were purchased legally in Oregon, a state sympathetic to gun control.

  9. O.T., Donald Trump is the only sane US politician with respect to Syria and foreign policy.

Dems want to knock out Assad and turn yet one more country into a lawless hole. Republicans want that plus WWIII against Russia.

Trump thinks it is great that Russia is killing ISIS.

Let us have a moment of silence in memory of ISIS, the greatest trolls since Al Gore invented the Internet. With trolling as their primary weapon, ISIS faced down America. Unluckily for them, Russia is immune to trolling, since Putin is a master of the Dark Art. I am pretty sure Putin is wiping out ISIS in 3 days in order to troll Obama. Well done, sir!

    Dan

    October 5, 2015 at 5:44 pm

    • Putin is bombing ALL threats to Assad — the most critical ones first — and those aren’t ISIS. But bombing alone won’t get the job done. His best strategy might be to use Iranian ground troops to support Assad and allow him to rebuild his own army.

  10. Boy, the Dinosaur Media sure are desperate to defame White people aren’t they? Now apparently they have a one-drop rule where anyone who has any White blood is officially White when they commit a crime. If this guy is a White Supremacist why don’t they release the manifesto? Could they be lying again?
Obama was remarkably evasive about talking about any details of this guy. Any of you stupid enough to believe he wouldn’t be hooting and hollering all day and night if he was a White Supremacist Nazi? What kind of Nazi is a half black guy living with a welfare queen anyway? Are there Rainbow Nazis now? What do they want to do? Genocide people who aren’t Whiter than half-bloods? Are they Half-Blood Nazis?

  12. The photo shopping of Mercer may indeed be a hoax, but the LA Time’s report implying Harper-Mercer was a “white supremacist” isn’t. The photos in the story also include one of his very white father, but none of his black mother.

“What we know of Chris Harper-Mercer’s life.

He had white-supremacy leanings and was obsessed with guns, according to one official

Officials have said the gunman’s motive was not clear.

A federal law enforcement source familiar with the investigation said, though, that authorities had obtained some of Harper-Mercer’s writings, as well as a note he left behind, suggesting that he supported white-supremacist causes and opposed organized religion. He also liked to discuss military history, the official said.

In 2011, he signed up on the website Mashable, using a Facebook account that has been taken down. According to Mashable, his Facebook profile included “a reference to Nazi Germany” and had a quotation: “When all the pleasures of the world have diluted, the only thing left that is pure is power.”

      • Putin is only interested in supporting Assad, and has mostly bombed non-ISIS insurgents.

ISIS targets are mainly not near Assad’s base. Putin is concentrating force on Assad’s perimeter defenses. They will move out from there as land is retaken.

Until then what is stopping US and allied bombers from getting rid of ISIS??

      • Steve Sailer posted a chart from the New York Times showing the airstrikes Russia and the US have made in the past week. It shows that Putin is bombing ISIS in about as many places as the US is, so if Putin’s opposition to ISIS is mostly gestural, so’s ours.

      • “Putin is only interested in supporting Assad, and has mostly bombed non-ISIS insurgents.”

Fine with me. I’ve reached the conclusion that the US has actually been SUPPORTING Isis and only hitting them in order to promote US interests not stop their atrocities. That conclusion is based on the fact that the US has done squat to stop them and has not even given the Kurds any material support. As well as having literally supported radical groups that are friendly to and even merged with Isis. Why would they do this? Simple. They’d rather have Isis in power than Assad and willing to accept Isis atrocities to do it. I’m no fan of Assad but US policy sucks balls and I’m glad Putin has moved in and wrecked their agenda. Because now it’s forced the US to actually confront Isis. Which they should have been doing all long.

I’m pleased both Trump and Putin are acting in Israel”s security interests.

The other insurgents, backed by Obama, are also Muslim terrorists guaranteed to be worse than Assad. Obama also backed the Muslim Brotherhood over Mubarak and Al Sisi. If that enabler of Muslim genocide opposes Assad then it’s time for the ophthalmologist to be given a helping hand.

        Obama is pro-ISIS.

        I suspect Putin’s motivations are:

        1) To secure Israel.

        2) To defend what’s left of Syrian Christianity, which is a Christianity of the Eastern type Russia has often claimed to defend since the fall of Byzantium.

        3) To hunt down Chechen fighters who have been flocking to Syria and nail them before they can return to Russia.

Putin is concentrating force on Assad’s perimeter defenses.

If Putin can secure a strong enough perimeter for Assad, Assad will, once strong enough, eventually move on from those bases to crush ISIS.

      • The “non-ISIS insurgents” include Al Qaeda. There are no good guys fighting in Syria. Our government could only find 5 so-called moderate rebels to train. Assad seems like the least-bad of the bunch. Plus, as the examples of Iraq and Libya have shown, what fills the vacuum caused by the fall of a secular Arab dictator can be worse than what came before.

Trump is right on this one.

      • I don’t know about 1 & 2 but 3 is probably a factor. Russia really doesn’t want this crap to spread to their southern border. But there is another reason that’s more strategic — Russia and Iran are allies. When the Shah led Iran they were a strong US ally. The Soviets backed the Islamic Revolution to overthrow the Shah and they’ve been allied against the US ever since. Russia and Iran are even working together in Syria. Iran has a very capable and extensive intelligence network that has turned a number of countries in the region into satellites. Iran owns Yemen, Lebanon, Palestine and Syria. Iran also has a strong presence in Iraq due to them both being majority shia. That’s why the Saudis, Israelis and US have been more or less letting Isis run wild. They may be monsters but they’re sunni which makes them natural allies of the Saudis and natural enemies of Iran.

      • The Kurds are the good guys.

Relatively. But the fighting between Kurdish militias and ISIS is going on in Northern Iraq. In Syria there are no good guys except a few Christian self-defense forces.

Russia really doesn’t want this crap to spread to their southern border. But there is another reason that’s more strategic — Russia and Iran are allies.

That’s true but Putin is probably more concerned with Chechen veterans of Syria returning. They will hopefully cleanse Syria of them before the Chechens gain control of ISIS and the other rebels; a Chechen run ISIS would be much more dangerous than ISIS is already. It took just two Chechen immigrants in Boston to hold off an army division worth of SWAT for a few days.

Iran also has a strong presence in Iraq due to them both being majority shia. That’s why the Saudis, Israelis and US have been more or less letting Isis run wild.

America has been pro-ISIS because Obama is deliberately trying to destroy relatively stable Muslim governments and replace them with Muslim terrorist governments – I doubt Obama knows what the differences are between Shia or Sunni – wherever he can. The only Muslim nations he won’t strike at are ones where the government already supports terrorism (Iran).

Israel and Saudi Arabia want to keep Iran in check. But at this point it’s smarter to back Russia’s intervention now that Assad is weak enough that, even if he wins, won’t be a threat to either for decades.

  13. This wouldn’t be be the first time that a racially mixed–white/black hybrid had white supremacist leanings and did something crazy. Look up the case of Leo Felton who ran a money counterfeiting ring with active ties to underground Neo-Nazi organizations. He was known as the black-white supremacist! Presently, he is locked up in a prison and has since renounced his old skinhead ways.
