Bernie won debate, MSM pretending that Hillary won

A CNN online poll showed Bernie won the debate, and then CNN removed all evidence of the poll and insists that Hillary won the debate.

IN fact, in every single focus group and online poll, Bernie won the debate.

  1. What’s doubly ridiculous is that in most of the online polls, Hillary seems to have come in 3rd or 4th place. (With Webb, and sometimes also O’Malley garnering more support than her.) She’s not even in the top two! The reality distortion field is strong among members of the media.

    • That suggests those online polls were inaccurate.

Hillary won the debate: she looked and sounded better than expected and none of the other candidates laid a glove on her. Bernie even let her off the hook on the emails.

      • This is the ridiculous part.

If you are really running for President then of course you point out that she cant give a straight answer to the email question! Its something very easy for people to understand- they dont run their own email server rather than the work provided one. And if they did they would have a clear explanation about what lead them to the aggravation of setting up one in their house and what tradeoffs they considered.

Bernie isnt really running for President since he isnt even a member of that party. And neither is O’Malley- he is hoping to be Secretary of something. Lincoln Chaffee isnt a Democrat either. So that leaves Webb as the only other person actually running.

It ridiculous that the “democratic” party isnt allowing any choice of candidate, they limit the debate, they never offer any contrast to each other, and they declare a “winner” who almost no one thinks won.

Oh yeah and add in the Super Delegate thing. The party could not get less democratic in its methods.

        cluster of grapes

      • As David Frum said, if you’re not running against Hillary’s ethics, you’re not running against Hillary.

  2. Interesting. I did not watch the debate. I saw headlines, ala NY Times and co, where Hillary was showing off how smart and awesome she was. Was the bias that obvious? Of course, I know where the NY Times bread gets its butter..

  3. If this is true, then we should expect to see Shrillary’s poll numbers drop considerably in the coming weeks. Hope they do.

    • Unless the propaganda works at planned. Many did not watch the debates, but will look to NYT and co to tell themselves that they did.

  4. Things are getting out of hand on the left. You have guys like Buffett, Soros, Gates and endless supply of media tycoons that have helped push America leftward for years and years, and here we are! Hi, Bernie!!

Those tycoons assumed that they could safely attack the American middle endlessly while the American middle would protect them endlessly. Oops. At least they can retreat safely to Europe. Oh wait…

  5. When I originally made the comment on another post about Sanders not being a liar I hadn’t seen his debate performance. I had seen him in a couple of brief interviews and concluded that he believed what he was saying even if I didn’t agree with him. I had dismissed him as a sincere, moderate socialist. Well, of course he believes what he’s saying on economics. I’ve since seen a number of clips of his debate performance and feel foolish for not seeing him as he truly is — devoid of integrity. He’s honest about his economic positions but he’s willing to lie and compromise anything else. I do think he’s weak but I also think Leon is being generous by dismissing him as merely non-confrontational.

  6. Trump flat out calls her a “criminal” who would have gone to prison if she wasn’t powerful.
