Donald Trump finally in lead at UK betting sides

Donald Trump in the lead. It’s about time.

I guess they realized that for the last 50 years, the candidate in first place in the polls on January 15th has always won.

* * *

Latest NBC/WSJ poll shows that Trump’s lead has increased since the previous poll. Cruz’s support has decreased by 2 percentage points since the previous poll, so perhaps he peaked and is now declining.

  1. Donald Trump finally in lead at UK betting sides

    So late to accept reality. Yet you follow them – why?

  2. Love Trump, will do anything for him to win, but sometimes he scares me.

    • I listened to the whole speech. Brilliant! Here is a great line: ‘I got 25% if the black vote. They will vote for me because they are smart and they want jobs.’ Brilliant! I think from now on we can start saying President Trump.

  3. Again, Dean was leading at this time before his collapse. If Trump is still winning 2 weeks from now then he’s probably got this. But right now it is far from a sure thing.

    • Dean fell behind in the polls in mid January, which is now.

      • Mid Jan was when the caucuses were in 2004. This cycle everything is pushed back 3 weeks.

        Basically we are now at the point where Dean’s collapse began. By the time of the caucuses, he was finished. Will Trump collapse over the next 3 weeks? Probably not but a collapse would not be historically unprecedented.

        Would like to see Trump at 40 by Feb and clearly leading IA. Win IA and the race is in the bag.
