Did Nostradamus predict Jeb Bush will win?

Quatrain 8,17

Les bien aisez subit seront desmis
Par les trois freres le monde mis en trouble,
Cit, marine saisiront ennemis,
Faim, feu, sang, peste & de tous maux le double.

Those at ease will suddenly be cast down,
the world put into trouble by three brothers;
their enemies will seize the marine city,
hunger, fire, blood, plague, all evils doubled.

Nostradamus geeks, a few decades ago, thought the three brothers referred to the Kennedys. It would make more sense if they refer to the Bushes. And if we can count the father as a brother, then we have Bush I starting the first Gulf War, Bush II starting the second Gulf War, and then Jeb Bush who will start the final war.

I don’t believe any of this, it’s just for fun.

  1. Nostradamus is the ultimate prole pastime where I grew up. I remember some prole telling me about how Nostradamus predicted a metal bird flying into some tall structure or other, and how this was how he saw 9/11.

    The History Channel used to do real history, now it’s all prolefeed. Nostradamus, aliens and lost civilizations, etc. If they do any real history it’s Nazis, but usually with a supernatural twist.

    • The Men Who Built America was made in 2012. It was quite good. Not prolefeed, and no concessions to blacks or women. All the Robber Barons were treated fairly, for their accomplishments and failures. They truly did built America, anyway, modern America.

    • Remember that all supernatural predilections are prole unless practiced by the Upper Class. Aristocrats have always enjoyed a good séance, tarot cards, astrologers and the like.

    • Ann can be very funny and I laughed out loud at that. But don’t forget she was once a true cuckservative. One of her themes used to be “The Democrats are the real racists.”

    • “Three generations of imbeciles are enough” is from the closing argument in the Buck vs Bell SCOTUS ruling that the state could impose compulsory sterilization in the case of a mentally disabled woman. Despite being the third generation of mentally disabled in her family and unable to care for herself, she refused birth control and continued to have children by men she didn’t even know.

      We have seen more than once that the public welfare may call upon the best citizens for their lives.   5. I didn’t believe in prophecy until recently but I went thru a 180 and now I see a way in which info about future events can convey in a way a man like Nostradamus could access it.

    I know you’re not a believer lion but you’d be interested to learn that there is a quatrain for which one interpretation says it predicts a wealthy and famous billionaire will try to take over govt of USA but he will exposed as a secret racist…

    I expect Rubio to be next president, for what it worth

  6. I think Saddam Hussein started the Gulf War. The old man Bush was a pretty good president who can’t be blamed for much, aside from losing to Clinton.
