Total Rubio defeat

Post debate spin is comparing Rubio’s robotic performance to the Dean scream and the Quayle Bentsen debate.

  1. You’ve got to get back on Twitter. Nothing like it for instant reaction to debates and other live events.

  3. this is great news. the eGOP’s hopes of rubio as a lift raft will be dead in the water now.

    • I dunno, I think they still think Rubio is their best shot and might try to pretend none of this ever happened. After all, a robotic, programmable candidate is all the GOPe and donor’s want anyway.

  4. I don’t support Christie for President, but what he did tonight to Rubio may just end up changing the course of history and perhaps saving our great nation by preventing another elite shill from coming to power. Tonight he was a genuine hero, and a grateful President Trump should consider awarding him the medal of honor.

    • Totally right.

This means two down for GOPe.

      • What about Christie for Veep? Yeah, I know, if the nominee is Trump it would be NY/NJ, but I am feeling very warmly towards Christie now. He’s also looking a little less obese.

      • What’s the likelihood of this prole sending his children to join the ranks of the Ivy League?

      • Pretty good considering that Princeton is in NJ and he’s the governor of NJ.

      • @JS

His oldest child played baseball at Princeton. His older daughter isn’t Ivy League, but attends Notre Dame, which for a New Jersey Italian Catholic is just as good.

      • One of the worse moves made by Italian Americans: Their high intermarriage rates with the less intelligent Irish dysgenics.

One of my high school Jewish teachers specifically referred the Irish as “the Goyim”.

    • Really? The NH debate was just a rehash of Iowa. Christie’s modus operandi – Rubio is just another senator w/o governing experience. “I have experience as the governor of NJ and as president I will”….

The only great thing for a beta schlub to watch about the debate was Mary Catherine Ham, not exceedingly attractive, and slightly overweight for her age (she probably lost a few pounds after the passing of her hubby).

    • It was beautiful to see. I was hoping Rubio would be made to bleed, but that was a decapitation.

  6. I don’t get why people say Cruz did good or was at least effective. First his dirty trick on Carson was exposed and no one really believes he was sincere in his apology.

Second, people always make fun of Cruz because he has a funny looking face. But his main problem is that he is in lawyer mode all the time and doesn’t know how to connect to the average person.

    • Are we in the eight grade here? Why does a president need to be handsome? We aren’t electing a male model in chief.

      • He doesn’t need to be handsome but he has a slimeiness that most women hate. I think Cruz would do much worse with white women than any other Republican.

      • U r totally misunderstanding this. Handsomeness has nothing to do with it. Younger women are going ga-ga over Bernie Sanders, to the chagrin of geriatric feminist hags like Gloria Steinem. She & Albright are actually naming & blaming young women who are for Sanders and not Hillary.

Cruz’s face is simply repellent. If I liked him and hated his face, I’d vote for him. But he’s a repulsive liar, a man of zero principles, and his face is repellent. So I’ll say so. (I never thought Nixon’s face was repellent, by the way. I always had a neutral reaction to it, neither positive nor negative.)

That said, the leftards are mocking him because someone took a picture of his daughter looking sulky when he tried to kiss her. It is vicious & mean spirited for leftards to do this but then, what can one expect from a leftard. Leave the man’s family out of this, and it was just one picture.

      • It appears that Mary Ham wanted to hammer Cruz during the debate. You could tell she wanted to grunt, when he started to open his mouth with his snarly voice. Trump was also FOS, but not nearly as obnoxious.

If these cast of characters really wanted to change America for the better, they would have…

    • Because there are lots of self-identified conservatives who treat Constitutionalism like it’s their religion and Cruz is their priest. Ever been to the Red State website? They are fanatical about Cruz. Because of this Cruz can probably garner enough votes and money to stay in the race until the bitter end. If Trump were to win the nomination, it would only be by beating him over and over. His followers won’t let him die.

How are they able to square their beloved Constitutionalism with their overlooking Cruz’s ineligibility? Don’t ask me, humans aren’t rational.

  7. Marco Rubio said repeatedly: “He knows exactly what he’s doing. Barack Obama is undertaking an effort to change this country, to make America more like the rest of the world.”

What’s that supposed to mean? Is that an anti-immigration, “browning of America” complaint against Obama, who opened the borders and put out the welcome mat to Third Worlders? But wouldn’t electing a dumb corrupt Hispanic like Rubio make America even more like the rest of the world?

    • I agree with Rubio, BUT, that has nothing to do with why we should elect Rubio president, and as a non-responsive answer repeated five times, that makes Rubio look really bad.

  8. Maybe Microsoft has given so much money to Rubio, because they built him. It’s pretty impressive that he can speak English, instead of using Star Wars drone speech.

“He knows exactly what he’s doing. Barack Obama… He knows exactly what he’s doing. Barack Obama… He knows exactly what he’s doing. Barack Obama… beep boop”.
