Looks like the market has recovered

I thought maybe the Illuminati would take advantage of Brexit to cause the big crash and then say “look, this is what you get for voting racist.” But it was up yesterday and up again today as of 9:12 AM.

So maybe the market decline was just traders who believed the propaganda about Brexit being horrible for the economy and not Illuminati controlling everything.

The Court majority is correct, assuming that we allow that abortion is a constitutionally protected right upon which states cannot place an undue burden. We all know that the purpose of the Texas laws was to make it almost impossible for women to get abortions while pretending to just be safety regulations. The justices on the Court all went to Ivy League law schools, they aren’t so stupid to be fooled by that.

Thomas is right that the Court is going out of its way to protect abortion rights when they would ignore most other stupid state regulations, but since the anti-abortion people are going out of their way to try to outlaw abortions on the sneak, I think it it’s appropriate for the Court to put the kibosh on that.

It’s notable that this was a 5-3 decision (with Kennedy being int he majority), so even if Scalia were still alive, this decision would have run the same way.

When can the anti-abortion people give up on this issue and move on? Maybe after Hillary get’s elected president, and she packs the court with more ultra-liberals, they will finally give up? And since a lot of anti-abortion conservatives seem to hate Trump so much they’d rather see Hillary win, does that mean they are ready to give up?

The above analysis has nothing to do with whether the original Roe v Wade decision made constitutional sense, or whether the Court back then just made up a bunch of crap legal “reasoning” because they thought abortion rights were too important to not make it a constitutional right.

Once you accept stare decisis with respect to Roe v. Wade and other previous abortion cases, then it’s obvious that Texas was trying to prohibit abortion on the sneak in violation of women’s right to have an abortion under the existing constitutional case law.

Brexit Leave, Big win for nationalism!

Britons voted to Leave.

Yesterday, before voting closed, I wrote:

Although polls show that “Remain” is in the lead, I think that, like with Donald Trump, the polls will underreport the true vote in favor of “Leave.”

Looks like I was right!

I now predict that this win for British nationalism will lead to a nationalist wave which will bring other nationalist parties to power in Europe and propel Donald Trump to win the election for President of the United States.

So why are stock markets plunging? Some traders obviously believe the propaganda that Brexit would be a huge economic disaster.

Stock markets are overpriced anyway, but I’ve always assumed that they would stay overpriced until at least the November election because the Illuminati will do everything possible to help Hillary defeat Donald Trump. I guess that makes me a conspiracy theorist.

The mainstream media is pushing the idea that Brexit would be a huge economic disaster, in an attempt to scare Britons into voting against their interests.

Although polls show that “Remain” is in the lead, I think that, like with Donald Trump, the polls will underreport the true vote in favor of “Leave.”

And I truly hope that “Leave” wins, because somehow how I feel that a resurgence of nationalism on the other side of the pond bodes well for Trump winning in November. On the other hand, a win for “Remain” would strengthen the power of the mainstream media to control the narrative.

The Supreme Court at a crossroads

The Supreme Court split 4-4, thus allowing the lower-court ruling to stand, and luckily the lower court ruled that Obama’s executive order to grant amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants to be an unconstitutional use of executive power to override the laws previously created by Congress.

This ruling demonstrates the wisdom of the Senate Republicans following Joe Biden’s advice back from the 1990s to not approve a new Justice in the last term of the other party’s presidency.

However, if Hillary becomes the next president, then she will appoint an extreme liberal to replace Scalia, and then she can create an open borders policy by using executive orders and the liberal Supreme Court will allow her to do it. This is why it’s so essential for Trump to win. If Hillary wins, it’s game over for America even if she gets voted out of office in four years. Once liberals control the Supreme Court, it’s game over.

Republicans and conservatives who are still opposing Donald Trump are trying to abet Hillary in this. They’d rather let Hillary remake the Supreme Court than support someone whom the left-wing media calls a “racist.”

Monmouth poll bad news for Trump

“In a head-to-head contest for president, Hillary Clinton leads Donald Trump by 7 points among registered voters and by 8 points among likely voters.”

The polling took place takes place entirely after the Orlando terrorism incident, and Trump didn’t seem get any boost from it.

The last Monmouth poll, in March, had Clinton ahead of Trump by 10 points, so what Trump gained in April and May he seems to have lost again.

This was a live-interview poll, which means that it undercounts Trump’s true support, but nevertheless, the extent of Hillary’s lead over Trump is bad news.

A Trump supporter in Staten Island who loves America

As seen, by this blogger, somewhere on Staten Island, the county which Donald Trump won with 82% of the vote. Staten Islanders love Donald Trump.

This Trump supporter also loves America. A lot of tender-loving care went into putting out all of those American flags. It may be prole, but it’s from the heart and it’s people like this who are the backbone of America.

You will never see a Hillary supporter make a display like this. Hillary supporters and liberals don’t love America the way Trump supporters do. Rudy Giuliani got a lot of flak from the usual sources for saying that Obama doesn’t love America, but Giuliani was right. Notice how, after the Orlando massacre, Obama got more angry at Donald Trump than he did at the terrorist. It’s too bad that Giuliani lacked the courage to endorse Trump before the New York primary.

A guy screwed because he went to Valparaiso Law School

New York Times article about a poor schmuck who is $200,000 in debt for a law degree from Valparaiso Law School.

As a blogger, it’s important for me to spread the lessons learned so others don’t make his mistake. The admissions offices at crappy overpriced law schools like Valparaiso are surely not advising applicants of these truths.

1. Law school is not worth $200,000 unless it’s a Top 14 law school, and even Top 14 law schools aren’t the guaranteed ticket to Big Law that they used to be in the good times.

2. Private law schools are especially crappy deals. If he couldn’t get into the local state school, he had no business paying more money to attend a private law school. A law school like Valparaiso shouldn’t even exist. But even some state schools charge jacked up prices making them almost as crappy of a deal. And even a low in-state tuition doesn’t necessarily make law school worthwhile: there are opportunity costs and you can still rack up quite a bit of debt paying for living expenses for three years.

3. No one wants to hire a new 39-year-old lawyer. If you’re 30 or older, it’s too late to go to law school and then get a job as a lawyer.

Do 400,000 Muslims in the U.S. support Islamist violence?

Byron York writing in the Washington Examiner:

Pew found that 81 percent of the nearly 3 million Muslims in the United States said such violence is never justified. Five percent said it is rarely justified; 7 percent said it is sometimes justified, and 1 percent said it is often justified. Six percent said they didn’t know.

One can read those numbers reassuringly — 81 percent disavow jihadist violence — or one can read them alarmingly. Trump reads them alarmingly. If Pew’s numbers are correct, then 13 percent of the Muslims currently in the United States believe Islamist violence is justified in at least some cases. Given the current Muslim population of the U.S., that’s just under 400,000 people.

I think the numbers are actually higher. I strongly suspect that a lot of Muslims know that it’s wrong to let outsiders know what they really think about this topic, so they don’t tell the pollsters what the really think.
