The Supreme Court at a crossroads

The Supreme Court split 4-4, thus allowing the lower-court ruling to stand, and luckily the lower court ruled that Obama’s executive order to grant amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants to be an unconstitutional use of executive power to override the laws previously created by Congress.

This ruling demonstrates the wisdom of the Senate Republicans following Joe Biden’s advice back from the 1990s to not approve a new Justice in the last term of the other party’s presidency.

However, if Hillary becomes the next president, then she will appoint an extreme liberal to replace Scalia, and then she can create an open borders policy by using executive orders and the liberal Supreme Court will allow her to do it. This is why it’s so essential for Trump to win. If Hillary wins, it’s game over for America even if she gets voted out of office in four years. Once liberals control the Supreme Court, it’s game over.

Republicans and conservatives who are still opposing Donald Trump are trying to abet Hillary in this. They’d rather let Hillary remake the Supreme Court than support someone whom the left-wing media calls a “racist.”

  1. Affirmative action is now the law of the land, though. It’s hard to see how we bounce back from that.

    • The ruling doesn’t REQUIRE affirmative action, it just allows universities to keep using it, so nothing changes.

Every university in the entire country (is there even a single exception?) is controlled by liberals who create affirmative action admissions policies.

      • Yes, but the practice is now sanctioned by the court. On what grounds can white Americans oppose it now?

        June 23, 2016 at 3:20 PM

      • There are a few small, relatively obscure Christian colleges that are not liberal. Hillsdale College, located in Hillsdale, MI, is the only non-religious school that I know that is not liberal.

  2. It’s one of those historical truisms that democracy always leads to tyranny, and I’ve long wondered what that would look like in the USA, but I guess it’s a Judicial oligarchy. When people vote ONLY to influence future court nominees, then it shows that what was intended by the founders as the weakest branch is now the strongest. Literally, what ever the court says is law of the land, and there is no appeal.

    • You’re right. Add to that Big Capitalism, which is the primer mover behind die-versity. It’s hard to free people from that. The only way they get freed is by losing their jobs. Then it’s downhill to opiate addiction and oblivion.

      • Then it’s downhill to opiate addiction and oblivion.

And according to the National Review those kinds of people just need to die off.

  3. The TruCon’s don’t care that the media says Trump is racist, they just want “muh Conservatism” and they feel Trump doesn’t give them that. From a policy perspective such a point of view is nonsense, but the overwhelming majority of people don’t base their vote on policy, but rather on identity.

The TruCon and the hardcore cucks are a lost cause so stop trying to bring them around. We don’t need to win them over, we need to destroy them.

  4. I think it’s game over for America anyway. I’ve become very pessimistic in the last few days about this country. Help me snap out of it.

    June 23, 2016 at 4:21 PM

    • It was game over a long time ago. 9-11 during Bush 2.0 was worse.

      June 23, 2016 at 5:08 PM

    • You were pessimistic about Trump when Cruz had a few good moments. Don’t forget that.

      Trump Hulk smashed him.

But yeah, demographics, pop culture and Cultural Capitalism rule the road to the future.

      June 23, 2016 at 6:52 PM

      • I’ve become philosophical. Remember Larry Auster? “It’s their country now.” I look at this in generational terms. If the millenials want to turn America into a 3rd world sewer – it’s their country now.

        June 23, 2016 at 9:51 PM

      • If the millenials want to turn America into a 3rd world sewer – it’s their country now.

But Jeb Bush and Bill DiBlasio Wilhelm and Hillary and Barack and Jerry Brown and Nancy Pelosi etc etc etc are NOT millenials.

The people who set this all in motion did it as adults from the early 60s to the 90s+

Millenials are just dopes along for the ride.

  5. Even if Trump wins it would just be a slow burn. Given current demographics and projections, Trump could just slow down what is already taking place, perhaps slowing it 8-20 years or so relative to Hillary, who would speed it up or maintain the status quo. I doubt Trump could implement policies to reverse the demographic disaster considering the MSM is thoroughly controlled by cultural and racial Marxists.

I want Trump to win, but unless the MSM media is taken, a fix can never be implemented. The MSM (actually the big money that owns it) controls America.

    June 23, 2016 at 4:33 PM

    • Delaying demographic disaster just long enough for the world’s most epic debt bubble to burst just might be what we need. When people still have three meals a day they are more sympathetic to share with foreigners. When a man starves he is more eager to cut the hands of the thief who steals from him. Anyone who has ever done real farm work knows what it takes to put food on the table. They know hat when someone tries to take a portion of your crop it literally feels like they are taking food from your children’s table.

  6. I hope “game over” means a Marxist-Leninist regime, not a bunch of right-wing death squads.

    June 23, 2016 at 6:34 PM

  7. It would be a better use of time and money to support endangered GOP Senators up for re-election. Trump is toast.

  9. Don’t worry Shawn.

Human Biodiversity will be a scientifically accepted fact by the end of my lifetime. Trump’s work is already done in a sense, with political correctness wobbling immensely. Notice how strident its believers have become. Almost like the counter-reformation vis a vis the reformation.

Was amused by the Economist writing about the wonderful Scandanavian americans sense of hard work, fairness and civil duty. It never occurs (although I’m pretty sure it does privately) to them who the people are that created America from a genetic perspective. Why they are attracted to certain types of people. Why their best analysts and writers are of a certain stock. Etc Etc.

And why the third world is the third world.

Always ‘institutions’, ‘economic mismanagement’, even ‘lack of immigration’ yadda yadda. Having access to the best data and information sources and what I imagine, intelligent company, you would have to be autistic not to realise something amiss with the Narrative.

  10. Interesting that no one is reporting how the Justices voted. Does the Court not disclose that information when they’re just letting a lower court decision stand? I know, we can probably safely assume it was Roberts, Alito, Thomas, and Kennedy vs. Ginsberg, Breyer, Kagan, and Sotomayor, but it’s odd that they’re not saying.

    June 23, 2016 at 9:19 PM

  11. On the day the Court announced its Grutter decision in 2003, upholding the undergrad AA system at Michigan, I happened to be doing some research at Boalt law library in Berkeley. It was just after opening, and as various librarians filed in, the earlier arrivals gave them the joyous news. So far about a half, hour there was a succession of high-fiving (no kidding) as the liberal zealots congratulated each other on their superior taste. These were white women in their 30s and 40s. I can’t help wondering whether these women were actually cutting their own throats,at least down the line, in respect of promotions, pensions, prospects for their husbands and children, etc.
