Exit polls and special neighborhoods

with 3 comments

The last post, and a comment I received, made me think once again about the validity of exit polls.

For example, we have the prole Jews voting very heavily for Donald Trump, but they are concentrated in a small number of neighborhoods. Were there any exit polls taken in those neighborhoods? I for one have never been approached by an exit polster, so the whole enterprise is quite a mystery to me.

If the exit polsters were missing from those prole Jewish neighborhoods, then what the exit polls say about the Jewish vote would be completely wrong and would significantly underestimate Jewish support for Trump.

  1. As I said on Steve Sailer’s blog, it is possible that Jewish conservatives in New York and California don’t even bother voting and that Jewish support for Trump is being undercounted for this reason.

  2. If the pre-election polls were not accurate, why would the exit polls be? People, especially conservatives, don’t like being harassed with questions about whom they voted for. It’s the bullying lefties who won’t shut up about it… virtue signalling and all that. These polls are probably even more biased than phone polls.

And I’m also tired of hearing about the popular vote. People think that the results show Clinton would have won in a direct election, but that’s nonsense. Trump won the game that was being played. If it were a different game, he and she would have adjusted there strategies, campaigning in places they wrote off. Further, people tend to stay home in places where the outcome seems assured. In a straight vote, they would more likely come out to vote. I think a lot of the hilariously lopsided state results would be smoothed out. Most of these lopsided states, by the way, seem to favor Clinton.

  3. There are a lot of polls, from a lot of different sources, showing that Jews vote 70-80% Democrat. Just as Mormons and fundamentalist Christians vote Republican.
