World War T, Steve Sailer’s most prescient article ever

When I first read this, I didn’t believe it. But three-and-a-half years later, I now see that Steve Sailer predicted the future.

He predicted that the media would “stoke hostility against Russia” because Russia was anti-gay, and boy was he right about that!

And then he goes on to explain why transgender rights would become the next big issue for the liberal-biased media after they won gay marriage, and boy was he right about that! I can’t believe that amount of transgender propaganda that has been pushed on us since Sailer wrote that article.

  1. I’ve always held Sailer in high regard, especially his ability to nail down trends and explain them in impassionate terms. Glad you saw the light Lion.

    • Lion has been reading Sailer for at least a decade. I originally found Lion’s old blog from Sailer’s website.

      • Yes, but he’s criticized him for leaning too heavily on race and not sufficiently incorporating a social class perspective into his analysis.

    • Sailer is typically dispassionate, not impassionate [sic]. The latter is not a word.

  2. Let’s be precise here – Sailer predicts (not in this piece) that the media will be unrelentingly hostile to Russia because the reporters who report on Russia are overwhelmingly Russian Jews who pretty much all hate Russia. The angle they’d pick is whatever form of degeneracy is fashionable – which he also predicted would be transgenderism.

  3. Sailer also discloses the method he used to figure these things out in the article — he pays attention to what he referred to as the “auxiliary though police.” That is, the minor leagues of the social justice warrior establishment.

  4. He predicted that the media would “stoke hostility against Russia” because Russia was anti-gay, and boy was he right about that!”

Yeah that was my analysis too.

The whole gay rights clamp down and Pussy Riot kerfuffle was the start of the focus on HRC and Obama undermining Russia. All the color revolution and Cyprus haircuts and Crimea came after that.

    • It seemed pretty obvious at the time. After 2012’s “the 80’s called and want their foreign policy back” in 2013 Russia passed it’s anti gay propaganda law. Then the establishment went bat-shit crazy.

  5. I had a lengthy conversation about transgender rights with my 14 year old daughter the other day (catholic school all her life). She was incensed her theology teacher used the pronoun ‘he’ to refer to a male to female transgender individual.

I tactfully pointed out that people have every right not to accept the concept of transgenderism if it’s their belief, and they’re not looking to harm anyone physically. I.e. you can’t condemn people for their beliefs, particularly if its most aggressive manifestation is the use of one pronoun over another.

But what if they’re OBJECTIVELY WRONG? she proclaimed.

I replied it cannot be mandated what is objectively wrong TO THINK. You can’t legislate thought.

It was a chilling 1984 moment for me. Remember how the kids rat out their parents for deviation from groupthink? And she’s at a conservative- in the scheme of things- school. I wonder what the left’s next pet topic will be.

    • We were visiting family friends recently and my wife was chatting with their slightly precocious six-year old daughter, who when asked what she was learning at school, replied that, “Trump is a bad man who doesn’t like Mexican children”. It’s indoctrination all the way once they’re in school.

      October 16, 2017 at 5:00 pm

    • You should have pointed out that people who think that usage of he/she pronouns refer to ‘gender’ * and not sex are OBJECTIVELY WRONG.

      * Going a step further, asserting that gender has the meaning that social constructionists apply to it are also objectively wrong. This is a clear example of polluting the language in order to try and slip in an unscientific ideology.

      • “Homeschool or die” is a slogan from Vox Day and not meant to be taken dogmatically, in any event.

Anyway, from everything you’ve ever posted, you seem to have a fucked-up family, Herm. I really don’t know what to say about a family where all four of the children reject their parents’ views in toto, except to speculate that perhaps they didn’t respect him as a man while they were growing up.

    • Homeschool or die, folks.

With respect to your daughter – I can only imagine the horror and helplessness one feels when one’s cherished daughter comes home spouting as “objective fact” that the sky is green. I can advise at least two things:

      1) Remember she’s 14. The amount of things I swallowed at that age was legion. I grew out of it.

      2) Secondly, I advise all parents, as I do, to begin having conversations about Important or Controversial topics *when they’re young*. Not topics that are over their heads, or age-inappropriate, but my point is to show your children that you are willing to reason. They need to know from a young age that mom and dad are reasonable people with insights that may not be obvious. It’s never too early for this.

Also, if you’re looking for some strong medicine, I can’t recommend listening to some Jordan Peterson highly enough. I’ve been devouring his talks over the past few days – he is a demigod prophet for our time, even better than you think if you’ve only heard of him tangentially. Critically, there is something about him that promises to have appeal to young folks hungry for Something Else and Better. Try his 12 Points for Conservatives in the 21st Century:

Peterson, as a wizard psychokoist, makes the point that women are higher in agreeableness

      S.J., Esquire

      October 17, 2017 at 8:45 am

      • Sorry: Peterson, as an archwizard psychologist, explains that women are higher than men in a personality trait called “agreeableness”, a trait that also correlates with political liberalism. Worth thinking about when considering how to approach your daughter.

Also, needless to say, World War T is only ostensibly about “transgenderism”. In fact “transgenders” are playing the role of the useful idiot here.

      • I’m not optimistic about homeschooling. My aunt and uncle homeschooled all four of their children for at least parts of their childhoods, and while I’m sure one could object that it would have worked better if they had home-schooled them throughout their entire childhoods, zero out of the four have grown up to be the kind of devout conservative Christians my uncle seemed to want them to be. The oldest, despite having gone to an evangelical college, is now a Bernie Sanders-supporting agnostic who’s convinced the homeschooling ruined his life, openly laments his college experience, and is always reposting BLM and other SJW stuff from far-left sites on social media.

        October 17, 2017 at 11:46 am

      • I think something very difficult for many parents to accept is that you can’t force your children to turn out the way you want. All you can do is make decisions from an actuarial perspective: what gives my kids the best fighting chance?

        S.J., Esquire

        October 17, 2017 at 12:20 pm

      • You have a lot of influence on who your children’s friends are, and their friends influence them.

        October 17, 2017 at 1:14 pm

      • None of that turns out to be true. Peers don’t influence each other; rather birds of a feather flock together.

If peers had the influence Judith Harris claims they do, the effect would turn up in the shared environment for the very reason you illustrate.

  6. Trump back up over 38% :

In the aftermath of the Comey firing, Trump’s approval hit 38 in early June. What has happened since then?

    -Ongoing Russia investigation
    -Feud with Sessions
    -The Mooch
-2 failures of unpopular Obamacare repeal bill
    -Pardoning of Arpaio
    -End of DACA
    -Puerto Rico
    -War with the NFL
-Corker (described by DKos as an “earthquake” just last week; already forgotten)

All of this had literally 0 impact on Trump’s popularity. The meme on the Left is that this stuff is having a cumulative effect but it clearly isn’t.

  7. Great reminder. I thought that that Grantland article about the suicidal golf-putter-fraud was Ground Zero to this whole transgender cultural pollution. The NYT whipped Mr. Simmons into releasing an apology, but it’s never enough. Next thing you know, Bruce Jenner is winning a courage award for breast implants. And Mr. Sailer was indeed the first one to catch wind of the storm that was coming.

    • And I just realized after finishing the read that the idea was given to me by Sailer.

  8. Sailer is still missing the fundamental schism…

In The Land of Crazy Equality..

Homo = same = EXACT SAME = self.

    Homo-sexuality = sexual attraction to self = ASEXUALITY = self-annihilation.

Historically-speaking, white Christians ARE sexually regenerate, i.e., NOT self-annihilating.

The “trans” movement is ROOTED in HOMO-sexuality and the destructive sexual degeneration that inevitably follows.

“Transgenderism” is merely the latest and most visibly extreme iteration of “radical autonomy” to stand as exemplar of a “culture” violently protecting the individual’s “right” to self-annihilate.

    October 16, 2017 at 10:23 pm

  9. The Harvey Whinestein drama is to get the “sexual assault” perception off of the faggots who dominate Hollywood just as white frat boys “sexually assaulting” college girls was to get the notice off of football nigels raping lily white co-eds.

  10. Why do people take their kids to shit like this?

The embedded video is about a public library in Brooklyn. The parents are truly beyond description. SJW doesn’t cut it. Check the nice white lady at 2:15. I just can’t fathom people like this…

Well, I can. It’s called being functional yet insane.

  12. The joke used to be, “The token interracial couple left the party early, having been upstaged by the token gay couple.” Now I guess we can say, “The token gay couple left the party early, having been upstaged by the token transgender couple.” The more things change….

  13. Wevs. I was the first person, not Sailer, to say that Europe’s and America’s Russophobia is rooted in President Putin’s refusal to celebrate sodomy. I humorously but sincerely noted that Europe and America would drop all sanctions if a bare-chested Putin led a gay pride parade through Red Square. I said this way back in 2011 — Sailer’s article is from 2014.

I am disappointed that President Trump maintains Bathhouse Barry’s heterophobic Russia sanctions. As I said years before, President Putin makes little Barry Sotero feel like a pussy, so little Barry lashed out by imposing sanctions.
