State of the Union address

See my twitter for live tweets: https://twitter.com/LionBlogosphere

* * *

Well that was long. It was Reaganesque but without Reagan’s genial delivery.

A win for Trump because Trump looks presidential giving the speech, a reprieve from the MSM being anti-Trump 24/7.

* * *

CNN talking head mentions Ronald Reagan. But I wrote it first!

I’m old enough to remember watching Reagan’s State of the Union Addresses back in the 1980s.

  1. This may be a sign of what you can expect:

    Trump seems eager to show that he’s safe to negotiate with. Which could also be helpful for his approval ratings if/when the Democrats refuse to deal, of course.

      • And the pathetic part is that the genuine “centrist who feels your pain” solution to illegal immigration is the correct one: paying settlements to them in exchange for them leaving. But we can’t have a centrism that combines the good parts of both parties.

        But to us horrible neurotypical normies (AKA 90%+ of the population) his twitters makes him look like a lunatic. His twitters shows why newspaper owners are never stupid enough to print their unfiltered unedited spur of the moment reactions to things.

      • From a purely evolutionary angle you NEVER increase the numbers of your enemies and NEVER allow them to enter your land. Any amnesty, any accommodation is pure betrayal of your people. Anybody entering the country without proper authorization should be shot on sight and if caught alive sentenced to death. The Soviet Union used to have this excellent law. Tribes of savages in Papua, Africa and South America follow this most common sense practice till this very day and they are absolutely right. When the white man entered their territory, they were destroyed. Why can’t the white people see the obvious? I say: not a single new democratic voter is to be added, if it can be helped. No to amnesty, no to dreamers, deportation to all and high IQ white immigration from Eastern Europe to reverse the demographics of this country. Take ethnic Russians, for example, they love America, work hard, overwhelmingly vote Republican, many volunteer for the army. These are good immigrants.

    1. “Official”, i.e. DNC
    2. Black
    3. Hispanic/immigrant
    4. LGBTQ
    5. Muslim
    6. Environmentalist

      • The Democratic coalition is so dependent on heaping up massive margins with black voters that you only have to whittle it down a little to see pretty large effects. Say you reduce black support from 92-7 D to 89-10 D, and their share of the electorate slips a tick from 15% to 14%.

        You’ve just reduced the Dem candidate’s margin over the GOP candidate by 1.7 points nationally. In the way our elections are set up, that’s huge; it’s the difference separating Romney ’12 from Trump ’16.

        Moreover, a lot of these overtures to black voters are really about making hand-wringing white suburbanites feel comfortable voting Republican.

  11. Trump loves to talk about the threat of MS-13. MS-13 is a gang that started in Los Angles in the 1980s. It was started by Salvadoran immigrants who had fled the wars in Central American that were supported by the Reagan administration. The gang was originally intended to protect Salvadorans from the Mexican and other gangs in Los Angles.

    Many of the LA members of MS-13 were deported to El Salvador and Honduras. They took advantage of the situations to recruit new members and expand the gang in Central America. MS-13 has become a major source of violence in Central America which has caused many people to flee to the US to get away from the violence, in most cases illegally.

    When the US began deporting LA gang members, MS-13 had a few thousand members in LA that engaged in turf battles with other gangs. The goal of the deportations was to snuff out MS-13. Today MS-13 has mushroomed to an international gang with 50,000 members, some engaging in extortion, racketeering and immigrant smuggling. There are probably 10,000 MS-13 members in the US. The deportation policy has been a total failure in fighting MS-13.

    • In our post scarcity world, our plutocrats find America to be funny business. More immigrants in America signify more customers, more clientele, more pet projects, more Jeff Bezos’ investment, more dynamism, more competition, and of course more money.

      Just look at Whitey Fish, Montana where Richard Spencer lives, and look at New York City, our hometown.
      There is no comparison.

      Currently, I’m watching this Kurdish guy from Turkey. He owns a high end restaurant in Manhattan, with sub-par food based on reviews. He looks like your typical Latino with slick cutting skills. Do you think he wants to open a restaurant in Montana where Richard Spencer lives?

Why gloves everywhere? I’m human and I want a human touch. Obviously I wouldn’t eat a Sharma prepared by a NAM, but my people don’t need to wear gloves – it’s dehumanizing. This is proof that women are predisposed to irrationalism. This lady who is physically attractive accuses an old geezer of sexual abuse and harassment and then double dips as a slut with her character, which naturally arouses the reptilian brain of men. There is nothing modest about this woman, when it comes to her body.

        How do you expect men not to see her as a piece of meat, if she come across as a slut?
