Jeff Bezos cheated on his wife

https://www.nationalenquirer.com/celebrity/jeff-bezos-divorce-lauren-sanchez-cheating-affair-photos-exclusive/

With Lauren Sanchez, who is 49 years old and semi famous (local morning news/talk-show host).

Is that the best that the world’s richest man can do?

* * *

“njguy73” writes in a comment:

Am I supposed to have an opinion on this? The soon-to-be ex-Mrs. Bezos could take half of everything Jeff has and he’d still be on the Forbes 100. He doesn’t need to impress bozos like us with how hot his mistress is. He can throw it away on what he wants. Where’s the tears for the ordinary schmo who gets cucked and has to move back with his mom?

  1. Baby steps. Right now he’s just overcoming his hubby boredom and feeling “free” for the first time in many years. He’ll get savvier as he learns how to be an eligible bachelor and his mindset gets congruent with his SMV. Give him time.

    • It is unlikely that Jeff Bezos lacks confidence with women, or in any area of his life. It’s strange that you assume this very successful man doesn’t know his worth. We are literally talking about the richest man ever.

Maybe Lauren Sanchez has appealing qualities that you don’t see from her picture. He he pseumably isn’t trying to have more children.

      • She looks pretty hot to me, and there’s something wrong with women interested in much older men anyway. They’re either golddiggers (not that he couldn’t afford that) or victims of some sort of sexual abuse that left them with scrambled ideas about appropriate relationships; either way, defects you probably don’t want to deal with in a spouse/SO. Also, a 50 YO who looks good in a bikini is a hell of a lot more impressive than a 21 YO who does, and she’s probably always going to be in good shape.

      • There’s nothing wrong with women being attracted to older men, I’d the older men are rich, powerful, and/or influential — from an evolutionary point of view, at least. It makes sense that women would be attracted to the men who are most able to protect their offspring and provide them with advantages, rather than men who have no resources or prestige.
From the evolutionary pov, it’s men who are attracted to menopausal and post-menopausal women who are doing something wrong.

    • But his wealth is all Amazon stock. When someone owns a company, does the divorce court grant their spouse 50% ownership of the company? That would be weird.

      • He just owns stock in a publicly traded company, a divorce court could split that up easily without any harm to Amazon at all.

      • Hermes:

Basically yes. When it’s a small business, one spouse can get the business, and the other one can get everything else. With a publically traded company, they can split the shares, and one spouse can just sell all theirs and spend the money. When the business is 100% private with no shares, and most of the couple’s assets are tied up in the business, that’s when things get weird. You start dividing up resources, and that can tank the company.

  4. Wife is prettier in the photos they are trotting out, but do an image search and you’ll see those are some of her most flattering photos.

Also, the couple has been separated for some time. Might be wife is leaving him due to “just not feeling it”, and he decided to get back on the market before divorce had actually been filed. Sanchez might not be his final destination, could just be a rebound.

But, if he actually is leaving his wife and mother of four children for Sanchez, then he’s pretty stupid.

  5. This kind of thing sometimes makes me doubt the red pill. I mean, everything the manosphere says, and other commenters here like fortaleza84, about men only being attracted to young women resonates with me, but you see a LOT of men behaving in a contrary manner. One thing that strikes me is that very often I will be looking up a movie on Wikipedia, look at bios of the cast, and see that some A-list actor is dating or married to a woman who is actually older than himself. It’s hard to find multiple examples right now since I’m at work, but two examples are Ryan Gosling, who has been in a relationship since 2011 with Eva Mendes, who is 6 years older than him, and Christian Bale, whose wife is 4 years older than him. I see a lot of patients who get divorced and remarry someone roughly their own age, so a lot of 40 something guys marrying 40 something women. I myself have an uncle who never married for most of his adult life, and finally got married in his late sixties to a woman also in her sixties. And now we have the world’s richest man cheating on his wife with a 49 year old. Certainly there are counter-examples; Leonardo DiCaprio at age 44 is dating a 21 year old. But that’s what I’d expect all of these men to do. What is the explanation for this?

    Hermes

January 10, 2019 at EST am

    • Explanation: that’s the woman he came in contact with. Hot young babes and Jeff Bezos were never in the same social setting together.

        Doug

January 10, 2019 at EST am

      • I think Lion’s explanation is right. Bezos is mostly in business settings and thus comes across mainly professionals. So if he’s not the pussyhound type, which he doesn’t seem to be, he’s mostly going to have relationships with people he comes across in his work life. Leo DiCaprio is known for owning and hanging out at nightclubs and the like, which is where young women hang out. Bezos doesn’t hang out in such places.

      • I agree with emanation. How difficult would it be for Bezos to arrange to give few talks at a few universities? After the talk, inevitably some young hotties would approach the podium for some follow up questions and he could invite them out for a couple drinks or just slip them a business card with his private number on it. Easy peasy for him to find a 22-year-old girlfriend.

As far as the bigger question goes, I would guess that guys like this have both public and private mistresses. The 22-year-old hottie is not the person you bring to the fancy restaurant where everyone goes to see and be seen. She’s not the person you bring to the charity gala or the museum opening.

I can’t speak to the issue by experience, but I doubt it. The same trends/memes that make a 20-year old annoying spans generations. Today’s 40-year olds have an ethos which entitles them to act as if they’re 20. Under the regnant nonjudgmentalism regime, who can demand more from them?

Many of the ladies on the local socal news shows are really hot. I’ve been all over the country and our local news is presented better and our news people are better looking than anywhere else.

    • There’s a pretty obvious strain of ephebophilia in red pill philosophy. Plenty of men are attracted to women post wall, in fact since the women who still look good post wall are more of a rarity they are seen by some men as a rare prize.

Compatibility is a very difficult thing to quantify. We’ve probably all found someone we got along with really well for reasons that were unclear, or someone we couldn’t stand for reasons that were unclear, Expand this to sexual compatibility and it gets even more confusing and convoluted. Even if you found yourself in bed with someone objectively gorgeous you could still find yourself wishing you were anywhere but there.

It should; there’s an awful lot of gaslighting in the red pill, and a lot of autism that doesn’t account for human foibles.

  14. I’m curious what the LotB hive mind thinks about the (im)possibility of TRUE marital fidelity (or “dating” fidelity, too, I guess). I believe that a plurality of men/women never go full affair, but doesn’t every relationship have to tolerate small emotional cheats? Office flirting, overly engaged text messaging relationships, and so on? I know people want to immediately talk about what “counts” as infidelity and what doesn’t, but that seems like splitting hairs.

The point is that, while in a relationship, every single man/woman is going to lust after some other man/woman in some way and will play on the margins of that lust. If you don’t accept this fact, you’re just setting yourself up for a life of paranoia.

    Seth Largo (@SethLargo)

January 10, 2019 at EST pm

    • I don’t think this is true at all, though perhaps it is for certain personality types.

I’m now engaged to a lovely gal. But if it weren’t for dating apps and the women I met through them, I probably would have had zero conversations with eligible women in the past decade or so. I can actually only think of one eligible woman I’ve ever met without explicitly looking for it, since graduating college, and it was about 11 years ago.

I don’t go to bars, my company consists of men and post-menopausal women, and my hobbies are unappealing to women. I have plenty of male friends, but I don’t encounter women socially except at “couples’ nights” and church, when my fiancee is also present.

So basically there’s no way for me to cheat unless I develop a plan and apply considerable dedicated effort and skill to it and also get lucky. Honestly there’s a lot of other things I’d rather apply that effort towards.

      • You live in a drive only suburb. It’s car culture. In healthy societies there are true public spaces. You meet strangers in the course of life: at pubs, walking down the street, on the village green getting some sun or playing softball, so-forth. You bump into people on the train platform.

America was almost totally stripped of its true urban civilization in the 20th century by a deliberate plan of a land holding class.

It was about political power. Baltimore and Philadelphia and Detroit and large parts of NYC didn’t simply go to shit for no particular reason, it was done deliberately for political reasons. It’s the exact same people importing huge numbers of Somalis to Maine and Minnesota now.

    • A grey area tells you that many proles and most nums lack middle class future time orientation, hence wealth inequality in Meriprolestan is a moot issue or a myth.

If you suck dry your paycheck to frivolous consume as a lower income individual, what would a millionaire of the same nature do with his money? The same is the answer.

      Ok, what, who's this again?

  16. Lauren Sanchez’s boobs look fake to me. Maybe it’s because I’m such a dinosaur, but I’m put off by fake boobs.
Her face also looks like there’s been some plastic surgery there.

      • Talking about how variable x correlates with variable y gets boring after a while.

  17. He did better than Prince Harry, and he was arguably the most eligible bachelor in the world. Prince Harry married a washed up D list actress who crawled out from under a trailer park. She is not physically attractive either. Who knows why people do what they do.

    • Self-deception and rationalization.

People get into psychological holes and either, a) don’t see that it’s a hole and keep digging; or b) become aware of the hole, can’t face the extent of their error and loss, rationalize the hole as a good thing, and then keep digging.

    • In my opinion, Meghan Markle got Prince Harry because she has absolutely perfected the feminine wile of tucking her chin in and looking up at a man with her eyes. She does it better than anybody I have ever seen. And men almost always find it irresistible.

Sanchez is a slutty version of Mrs Bezos. Tall, dark, thin, pretty enough face. Mrs. Bezos is much classier. I think they are Jeff’s type, but Sanchez is just much sexier.

He’ll be sorry over the long run, but it is well known that men think with their penises until they are quite elderly. Right now he thinks he can have it all: the sexy mistress and his children’s love. But kids never really forgive their fathers in such situations, in my observation.

  18. Let’s talk about how Amazon stock is going to suddenly more than halve in value. Walmart is coming for them, and Amazon is a mess of accounting lies. Dave Kranzler has picket apart their financial statements for years and shown how it’s a mess of lies and manipulations propped up by institutional Wall Street. The whole of Amazon amounts to an enormous pump and dump operation. There is no way it ends well. Next real bear market and Amazon might well be a zero.

The economy is presently littered with these operations and people don’t realize it. Tesla, Netflix, Twitter, Facebook, Amazon, and many others are going to disappear with such speed people will be shocked. It’ll be Enron 10X.
