RBG, still alive

https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/2019/10/22/ruth-bader-ginsburg-worked-out-amid-cancer-bout/4061142002/

Last week, RBG appeared before a live audience at UC Berkely.

Do you remember a few months ago, a bunch of morons, some of whom leave dumb comments on my blog, were insisting that there was some vast conspiracy to hide that she was actually dead?

  1. They should have a mandatory retirement age for judges. Your brain doesn’t work as well at 86, ,even if you don’t have dementia.

    • They should term-limit Supreme Court judges. It makes a mockery of the process when someone hangs on so that the “right” person can name their replacement.

Have them serve 18 year staggered terms, so each President gets to pick 2.

      • All politicians should be term limited to eight years. Yes, federal judges are politicians.

Bump up senate terms to a single eight year term. Limit house members to four terms.

Career politicians are what have really killed the system. It was always just supposed to be a chapter in person’s life, not a permanent gig.

      • You’ve got a point. I think the original idea was that lifetime appointments allow judges to make unpopular, correct decisions. But we know that they tend to drift left anyway, towards the views that are acceptable at DC cocktail parties, so that idea has been disproven.

However, seeing as Trump is very likely the last Republican President, or at least the last President we would recognize as conservative, lifetime appointment is to our benefit. And appointing judges is the only thing Trump has accomplished. If an idea like this were proposed now, I can only presume it would be a tactic to eliminate conservative judges.

    October 31, 2019 at 6:52 PM

    • I agree. People were speculating that RBG wasn’t being seen in public because she was in poor health. A reasonable suspicion for someone of her age who’d recently broken bones in a fall, suffered pneumonia and had several bouts with cancer. But I don’t recall anyone seriously claiming she was already dead. That’s tabloid crap. Moreover, it’s a straw man for him to dredge that up to discredit speculation over Epstein’s death. That’s why he’s bringing it up now. And it’s sad.

      • I don’t want her to die. I just want her to quit. The problem with Ginsburg is that she is smart but not wise. She also isn’t liberal. That is, she doesn’t place a high enough value on life and liberty. So, she errs on the the wrong side of individual rights. Should an individual be free from the demands of others? Her answer, “no.”

It’s even acknowledged by LEO that coded language like Cheese Pizza is used by pedophiles, and that type of code is all over Podesta’s correspondence (among other things).

FWIW I never bought PizzaGate but there’s clearly something worth investigating there and the extreme silence from any so-called journalists and the concerted efforts to disparage & discredit speculation simply add more validity to reasonable suspicions.

      • The police do break up child sex rings on occasion. Regardless, surveys showed that less than 10% of the public thought there was anything to pizzagate. So what percentage of the public thought RBG’s death was being covered up? I’ll bet it was a lot less than that. This pizzagate and RBG stuff was just whacky tabloid stuff. Yet you want to use them to discredit doubts over Epstein’s suicide? That’s a complete non sequitur. They have nothing to do with each other. What’s more we KNOW that Epstein was sex trafficking minors. And we KNOW that there were rich and politically powerful people involved. Even the mayor is publicly expressing doubts over this. I realize it’s DeBlasio but this isn’t some fringe conspiracy theory. There’s definitely something worth investigating. If not his death then at least the sex trafficking. Or are you saying that Epstein’s sex trafficking was a conspiracy theory???

The shooting was a setup anyway. Hasn’t Epstein getting murdered in a maximum security isolation wing with a happenstance broken camera taught you anything?

The great thing about trolling RBG’s death is how triggered liberals get over Trump re-making the courts.

Btw, FBI just released documentation that the stories behind the McMartin case was true:

If the name McMartin Preschool rings a bell, it’s because the school gained infamy as ground zero for the child abuse case that kicked off the so-called Satanic Panic.

360 children were alleged to have been abused at McMartin daycare. Many of the children claimed that they’d been subjected to sexual and satanic ritual abuse in a system of tunnels under the school. When investigators declared that excavations turned up nothing, the claim of secret tunnels became a byword for spurious ritual abuse claims.

Now, after a generation of ridicule, the FBI has confirmed the tunnels’ existence, vindicating the children’s testimony.

  14. Ok. I did search scientific literature on hanging (my PhD experience helps to do it quickly). My conclusion is that there is about 1/10 chance of each of the fracture (hyoid bone or thyroid cartilage) to occur as a result of a suicide by hanging. Epstein had three of them (one of bone and two of cartilage). So, it is roughly 1/1000 chance that it was a suicide by hanging and 999/1000 chance that it was a homicide by strangulation. This is just based on evidence from his autopsy report. Are you convinced yet?

    My 2¢

    November 1, 2019 at 1:20 AM

    • No, because Epstein was locked in a cell by himself, so it was impossible for anyone to kill Epstein besides Epstein himself. The fact is that the bones CAN break in a suicide-by-hanging, so it doesn’t disprove that it was a suicide.

Also, your math is probably wrong, one bone breaking probably increases the chance that the other ones would also break, because it was an unusually forceful self-hanging, or the victim had brittle bones. If 10% of kids score 90 or higher on a math test, and 10% of kids score 90 or higher on a reading test, it doesn’t follow that only 1% of kids score 90 or higher on both of the tests.

    • Fixating on whether or not Epstein was whacked seems like exactly the same sort of nonsense as wondering whether demolition charges were involved in the WTC. It really doesn’t matter either way, in either case. There are mountains of hard evidence implicating powerful, government connected people and foreign intelligence agencies. That’s the interesting stuff, not some minor detail of physics or hanging.

I’m a little suspicious that both the “demo charges brought down the WTC buildings” and “epstein was assasinated” stuff might be deliberate misdirection from the more important questions raised by mountains of hard evidence that requires no speculation or debate at all.

“The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behavior, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services a Compensation which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office. ”

RBG has not demonstrated ‘good behavior’ as a judge. She’s demonstrated a willingness to violate the highest laws of our country at a whim and to clutch desperately on to whatever power was mistakenly given to her despite a clear and demonstrable decline in faculties that make her unfit for any office. She should be removed from office.

There was that one photo at In-and-Out Burger that was later revealed to have been an old picture taken by her attorney with a recent movie ad photoshopped in to a bus ad but that was it and of course that raises even more questions about her status among the living. You could argue she is in hiding, but could one really hide from the all powerful elements that would rather she take a more permanent disappearance?

      • I read through your entire Twitter feed and I don’t find “Sky News says she’s in Brazil” to be compelling proof. I want non-faked photos or video of her alive. That is the only proof of life I am willing to accept at this point. The NY Post claimed that they found Maxwell at in Out Burger and published a photo that they implied they took themselves when they “found” her and then it turned out it was old photo taken by her attorney and given to the Post and they never gave any correction or explanation as to why they lied. The press can not be trusted in this case. How many major newspaper publishers visited Epstein’s Island and have compromising blackmail video taken of them?

Also, Derschowitz’s defense is not that the girl is lying per se, but rather that she confused him for some big wig at Microsoft who admittedly does look almost exactly like Derschowitz. That he would name this guy and out him for partying with Epstein does strike me as a violation of the man code, but I guess there is no honor among the elites of the tech and legal worlds.
