Joe Biden: the most conservative Democrat

Joe Biden said last week:

Unlike the African American community, with notable exceptions, the Latino community is an incredibly diverse community with incredibly diverse attitudes about different things. You go to Florida, you find a very different attitude about immigration than you do in Arizona. So it’s a very diverse community.

Nothing there to disagree with. If anything, I’d say that Biden understands the differences between Latinos and blacks better than most politicians or journalists.

This is what I wrote about Joe Biden back in 2013:

Joe Biden is the best hope for conservatives. I strongly suspect that Biden is more conservative than he lets on. As a guy who grew up in a lower-middle-class family in the 1940s and 1950s (his father was a used car salesman), he must have absorbed the traditional patriotic values of that social class at that time. Today, those are Republican values and not Democratic values. Whenever Biden makes one of his infamous gaffes and goes off message, he often says something more consistent with the views of the far-right. In some ways Biden is a slimy politician, but like I said, he’s the best we can hope for out of the Democratic Party. Biden may not be the smartest guy ever to run for president, but the last thing we need is another super-intelligent far-left liberal running the country.

  1. Demonbrats focus mainly on blacks as a form of social control for the entire masses. By squandering more opportunities to undeserving blacks, it signifies less opportunities for worthier proles, Hispanics and often Eastern Asiatics. That’s all to it.

Now, Joe Biden is being a realist here. He understands that the black demolition crew has destroyed enough under the command of his fellow Demonbrats and its time to put a stop to it. Let’s focus on our Latino “friends” who can help “rebuild” and “heal”.

    Ok, what, who's this again?

    • Right, it doesn’t matter that Biden was a conservative Democrat 20-30 years ago. In the same way that Trump has allowed his presidency to be highjacked by the establishment Republicans, Biden will be pulled to the left by the AOC/Sanders wing of the party.

    • Exactly what I was thinking. Joe Biden right now is very very dangerous. He has let himself be pushed to the far left on everything. I honestly don’t think he knows what is going on, and boy, his handlers know what they want and how to get it — by using (abusing) him. His wife, who comes out of the education establishment, is the #1 puppet master. Look how she hovers over him at every occasion. Frightening.

    • So what happens if Dementia Joe wins? Who calls the shots? Will there be single quasi “Acting President”, or will there be several factions jockeying for power, perhaps with different power bases in the government and to some extent going off in their own directions?

There’s always been the jockeying for power among competing factions in the executive branch, and maybe Dick Cheney really was an “Acting President”. (Wilson’s wife was an Acting President, but back then the federal government was not such a big deal, and I think she let the country mostly just coast along under inertia.) But now the Dems are dominated by Marxist crazies who want to turn the country upside down, so I fear the worst.

    • Right. Lion is, I assume, playing dumb here.

Biden has called himself a transitional candidate. He’s an empty husk for the Dems.

“Conservative” is meaningless in this context.

The current Democratic party is a high-low coalition of Wall Street/Silicon Valley and the NAM underclass. It stands for expanding NAM immigration, and decriminalizing antisocial NAM and Antifa behavior.

You can see the vanguard effects already in New York City, Chicago, and elsewhere.

  3. Regarding the death of the urban striver, Lauren Sobel who was literally a striver in the Catskills Mountains in the Hudson Valley, I think many urban strivers who relocate to NYC just can’t hack it there. Then you have Amy Cooper who isn’t smart enough to avoid blacks in the right moment.

When one is competing with the old guard elite Manhattanites like the Toby Milsteins of the world, who is also being subsidized by the city like any long time resident, old guard New Yorker, as suggested by your other commenter.

      • True, but the upper class Manhattan natives usually prevail over transplants looking to share space with them. A very effective shenanigan that smart natives practice is family transfer of wealth so they can obtain additional subsidies in the likes of NAMs who are getting housing assistance and food stamps. For example a family who is already living in subsidized non-NAM housing in Manhattan with a median household income of more than $100K is still able to secure additional subsidized non-NAM housing for their children. With subsidized housing, rent is always capped at a certain amount and any median income above a certain threshold is only subject to a small surcharge. All the kids have to do is to apply for affordable housing that non-NAMs are usually unqualified for (having a good credit score and a middle income salary, which can be as high as $80K) and in most cases they will qualify. Before the application process they could transfer any passive income like investment earnings back to their parents or siblings living elsewhere as to reach the income guidelines for 1st time applicants. So basically, mom n dad are living in subsidizing housing and the kids are moving to newly constructed subsidizing housing.

Since then, the left has “discovered” all kinds of things about systemic racism and transgender rights that were unheard of back then. Leftists are now proudly proclaiming views that were unheard of a mere 10 years ago, or having to go on apology tours for having said things back then that were totally mainstream at the time. What makes you think Joe Biden is going to govern as though the past 50 years didn’t happen?

One: Biden is mentally degenerating and it’s going to get worse. He’s not in charge of his candidacy, his policies, his VP, and most likely his bathroom schedule. He’s simply a placeholder for the party.

Two: When he’s occasionally roused to consciousness he repeats the latest lefty talking points. Those will be his policies, not whatever he believed 40 years ago.

We’ve already seen Joe Biden in power as vice president and it was okay at best but the two Obama terms together were shit. Biden was already long past his prime as VP but today he’s senile. There has been no good president in the 21st century until Donald Trump.

The only people lying 24/7 are the entities, groups, individuals, and institutions who illegally colluded with one another to take down president Trump and secondly if that failed cripple his administration. I take your rant that mental health is of no concern since you claim that a sitting president who had to get help twice from his staff to get through a one of one interview is smarter and more capable that any other president. How can anyone claim that Biden is slow when President Trump cannot interpret graphs or understand basic statistics.

If Trump somehow manages to get re-elected, the Trump clan will try to loot the government before leaving. If Trump is re-elected but the Democrats win control of the Senate, the Democrats will impeach President Trump at least once a year until he leaves. If Trump is re-elected then the incumbent Republican Senators and Congressmen will be in big trouble in 2022 due to the growing number of voters who will want to punish the Republican Party.

        superdestroyer

        August 13, 2020 at 8:53 AM

      • One bad interview doesn’t invalidate a lifetime of success. As someone who once voted for hope and change Biden was a massive disappointment. It was Trump and only Trump who inspired real hope and enacted real change.

The Republicans controlled the House, Senate, most state legislatures/governorships, and the presidency as of a few years ago. The GOP only needs to retake like a dozen seats to retake the House and pro-Trump Republicans have been picking up a lot of solid wins as of late including in districts that were trending Democrat.

The Democrats only took the House because of deep state treachery designed to keep leftists in a constant state of excitement and agitation driving them to the polls in mass while most enjoyed the successes of the Trump administration. This same strategy was far better executed in the 1990s against Bill Clinton but I suspect race riots, black power, crime spikes, and race war weren’t on the agenda.

Bill Clinton and Donald Trump are both good presidents who ran unorganized administrations and were impeached due to hoaxes as well as having defeated the Bush crime family but unlike Clinton Trump never had the backing of his own party. With the death of the old man (George HW Bush) and his sons being too stupid to take over the reigns Trump is finally remaking the party in his image.

After the impeachment hoax Trump is enacting the biggest purge in US history replacing agency directors, deputy directors, as well as their subordinates, associates, and aides. The Democrats won’t have impeachment gravitas when their deep state allies have all been removed from high office. The latest anti-Russian hoax about aiding the Taliban was shut down so fast and forcefully by the White House it impressed even me. The FBI director, Secretary of Defense, and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs will all be fired after Trump is reelected but in the meantime he’s removing their power base isolating them from allies and depriving their supporters of power.

And it happened during the twilight of the Covid-19 lockdown in March when people were getting adjusted to cabin fever.

He apparently lived in one of those upscale apartments with his dad by the rail line (the apartment complexes where the Metro North passes by). Authorities found a “redneck” flag along with some rifles in his room. Living in an upscale community is not good enough if one wants to avoid miscreants. Every community has its basement dwelling incels who can fly in a rage in any second.

The downside in living in the Hudson Valley and any sticks n stones environment is the familiarity of your neighbors. He is an empty vessel employed with the task of lulling what remains of the white middle and working to class into a false sense of security…that everything is going to be ok. It is not going to be ok. Biden gets paid to play this part while doing the bidding of the DNC. A Biden Presidency will be a trap door into the depths of hell. There will be racial quotas for everything, low income housing forced into suburban neighborhoods and a massive increase increase in illegal immigration and refugee resettlement. Is Biden losing his mind the way Hillary Clinton was on the verge of death? Fucking retards. He’s certainly in cognitive decline, but it’s probably not as bad as Reagone. He’s going to be reduced to a puppet controlled by the DNC — which is supposed to hanker for a “far-left” agenda? Since when do Democratic elites support a far-left agenda? What incoherent nonsense. The Democrat Party has always been far better at marginalizing their crazies and populists.

Also, the Deep State is real. No president, including the current occupant, can just implement his agenda. So often, Trump has been totally stooge/puppet, most influenced by the last person to speak with him. His only core beliefs are against free-trade (a dumb position), and self-glorification.

The last two Republican administrations have been among the worst in history. Bush was worse because the Iraq War was an unnecessary boondoggle. Still, Trump’s administration has badly mismanaged the plague. It’s difficult to imagine that Biden’s team could do a worse job.

He was not referring to tastes or attitudes. He was referring to how they both self segregate for their own safety. White liberals in NYC send their kids to private schools in large part so they can be be kept away from low income minorities in New York public schools. In much the same way, well to do white Southerners put their kids in private Christian schools ever since integration in the 1960’s. Low income Southern whites will do what they can to seek out a majority white public school and neighborhood.
