You’re confusing two narratives. In the minds of black people themselves, the system is keeping black people down by enforcing laws that prevent expression of the only way people without money can enjoy themselves, i.e. doing drugs and ignoring traffic laws. One of two conversations is going to have to take place. Either NYT types will have to say to cops, “just let the jigs have fun,” or higher status blacks, say Doc Rivers or Dave Chapelle, will have to tell their poorer cousins, “y’al lcan be niggers, butcha still got to drive right.”

I’m guessing that for reasons that news media will soon supply to us, (1) the white officer had it coming and (2) the death of the black officer was somehow the fault of the white officer.
It is nice that hominids have such huge cerebri that they can figure this sort of thing out.

blacks are pretty much a demographic of redundant obsolescence, yet highly dangerous as a result, because such humans feel resentful, when they are no longer of significance and act out their feelings on society accordingly. Our apathetic generation population fails to face this problem honestly.

Not everyone has the reason and emotional maturity to understand that police make everyone safer. Such people are also more likely to engage in violent crime. Combine the two and you have a population of whom the majority has either been arrested or has friends and family who have. Often, these crimes are also committed against them or their friends and family as well. So they don’t see the police as stopping crimes against them, only arresting them when they commit crimes. And, of course, everyone who gets arrested is angry about it and thinks it’s “unfair” even if they’re guilty. They frequently justify it by thinking, “I may be guilty but they wouldn’t have arrested me if I was white.” Which brings us to another aspect, many blacks are also very racist and view police as enforcing white authority over them rather than enforcing laws which protect everyone. Consequently, many blacks see everything through the prism of race — even routine traffic stops for speeding. Middle class whites who’ve largely been sheltered and may only know or work with a few blacks are completely oblivious to this. Even those who’ve ventured into the black community as part of some do-gooder safari are unaware of it because they haven’t been subjected to it the way someone who doesn’t have a choice is.

Right. A few years ago at a S.F. BART station, I saw an old black guy jump the turnstile and confronted him about. When he spit on me, I called the cops. When they nabbed him, he said, “why you always pickin’on the black man?”

And not something expected in Mississippi. The South is known for more easygoing blacks (warmer weather and reacting to signals sent by more self-confident whites).
If you want to see blacks out of their element, and allowed to run amok by cowed whites, look to the Upper Midwest.

I think there is an opening here for people to run for city and state government as a “law and order” candidate. “I support the police, and as long as I am mayor, you won’t see any more riots because I’ll arrest anyone who starts one.”

If they weren’t oppressing them, then they wouldn’t have gotten shot. We already know black cops suffer from white stereotype beliefs. If white people would just stop being racist this sort of thing wouldn’t happen. Unfortunately it is impossible for whites to not be racist so whites will have to give blacks part of their income to make things equal. At least until we have a more vibrant society or perhaps forever, since if South Africa is any indication, whites are so deceitful and crooked they can oppress blacks even in a country with a large black minority where blacks hold power over the entire government.

And speaking of African Immigrants and how they are better than the usual black american variant: I once asked a colleague of mine who was Ghanian, why he always looked pissed off. The guy always had an angry poker face. It turns out he was resentful and upset, just like many black people. Either blacks should avoid living in White society, because 1) Whites are just miles ahead of blacks, or 2) blacks should be with other blacks, because people are the most comfortable with their co-racialists.

People are starting to push the narrative that black people HAVE to run from the police, or else the police will beat them and harass them. I believe it was on NPR that I heard some interviews where black people were saying just that.
But in this specific case, it will be found that all three people had warrants out or really long rap sheets and they just killed the cops because they didn’t want to go to jail and down the memory hole it will go. It’s still amazing to me after all of these years how the media can repeatedly highlight only stories that fit their narrative.
